Happy New Year, Happy New Blog

Happy New Year world!

I registered this blog late last year but somehow did not feel quite ready to put up posts. I felt I still needed to do more research before putting myself out there. I have since decided that it is not the right way to go as I may never quite feel ready. So I am here now (naked and vulnerable, lol!).

I guess it is traditional to state what one's blog will be about. I would rather not commit to any one thing but can state firmly that it will be about my foray into all things natural - natural hair, natural skin and hair care, a more natural way of eating and living e.t.c.


Natural living also comes with a need for peace and as much balance as one can have in today's chaotic world. I think if one is serious about being natural i.e close to nature, a certain mindset must be in place. Serenity...that's the word I was looking for.

I am living today for the body and quality of life I want to have when I am older. If that is something you are interested in as well, you are in the right place.
